Susan became a Chartered Accountant in 2002 and started Aspire Consulting in March 2009.  Susan is motivated by her passion for her work and the belief that her ideas would be well-received by clients whilst ultimately ensuring her clients achieve their goals!

Susan lives in Brisbane with her family and enjoys spending time with them, Susan also loves playing indoor volleyball in her spare time.

Sara is the newest addition to our team, joining Aspire in 2020.  Sara (our third Sara!) is a qualified chartered accountant with over 12 years experience.  After working in the city for many years, Sara decided to reduce the commute and work closer to home. She feels right at home at Aspire!

Sara has worked with a broad range of clients and has extensive tax experience. She enjoys the technical aspects of her job and is always happy to tackle any problem with a conscientious approach. Outside of work her two young boys keep her busy.

Sarah started working for Aspire in 2019. With her dedication to high quality work, and her motivation to provide exceptional service to clients, Sarah has been a great addition to the Aspire team. Sarah has a high attention to detail, and a commitment to providing value for clients. She also has a friendly and down to earth approach.

Sarah grew up in NSW and lived in Ireland for a number of years, before returning to Brisbane to further her career and enjoy the warmer climate. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, and swimming. With 3 boys at home, Sarah likes the tranquility of the office!

Kristene is a Certified Public Accountant with 4 years experience. She was born and raised in the Philippines. Kristene loves to go on trips with family or friends, listening to music and watching movies. She enjoys life to the fullest.

Kristene has always been an achiever; be it academics or professional life or any other field in her life. She believes in success through hard work and dedication. She is also a progressive thinker and respects people’s space and values.

Lauren joined our team as Administrator in 2019. She supports a close-knit, efficient team, providing integrated, proactive services to small and medium business clients. Coming from a background of banking and finance roles, Lauren always makes sure that client enquiries are dealt with in a friendly, yet professional manner. You’ll be greeted with a smile by Lauren as you walk through Aspire’s door or call through to our office.

In a nutshell, she helps our team get on with what we do best – assist our clients in achieving their business goals.

Outside of work, Lauren is kept busy as a mum of three young girls. She enjoys the odd moment of peace when she gets it, to practice yoga or pilates.

Sarah is a qualified bookkeeper and is Xero Advisor and Xero Payroll Certified. Her congenial manner, keen eye for detail and commitment to quality and accuracy mean she aces internal and client accounts. Sarah has a knack for training new Xero users in a way that resonates with them and thrives on helping others learn the most efficient way to achieve tasks.

Sarah currently resides in New Zealand with her husband and two sons. They are enjoying the lifestyle over there and Sarah is thrilled that with today’s cloud based environment she can still work with Aspire while living in New Zealand. We do hope she’ll return to Brisbane one of these days but by the looks of all the photos of her smiling face running the trails in NZ we’re not sure how soon that will be!
